Paweł Schubert

Since 2010, he is a lawyer, a member of the Bar association in Warsaw. He passed his bar training examination in the top 10 people. In 2005, he completed his legal studies at the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw. He is a member of post-graduate studies concerning the capital market law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University.

He gained the experience by working for a few Warsaw law firms, including the Gintowt Adwokaci Radcowie law firm. In the years 2004-2005, he also worked for the Department of Economic Crime and the Narcotics Department of the Los Angeles District State’s Attorney. He is a board member of the Support of Crime Victims Foundation.

In his current professional career, he independently ran a complex legal service for business entities, including a current advisory and corporate services, in particular he serviced on the biggest fuel companies in Poland in corporate, investment and real estate issues.

He also performed frequently as a legal representative in legal cases in common and administrative courts. He has a rich experience in drafting and commenting commercial contracts, including contract connected with real estate transactions and conducting of corporate transformations in commercial partnerships.
